Judge delays sentencing in Trump's criminal hush money case
President-elect Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records after his lawyer made payments to pornstar Stormy Daniels. However, the sentencing for this hush money case has been delayed indefinitely by a judge.

What’s wild is this stupid lady went on Bill Maher saying that none of that was real that the rape wasn’t real and it was consensual but now she’s flipped and I believe it was politically charged and so was that other lady she went on the news saying it wasn’t real but yet here we are

It’s not illegal to pay hush money. Bill Clinton did it with Paula Jones, and even paid more than stormy Daniels received.

It's so crazy reading a lot of y'all clueless comments saying that Trump was sentenced because of book keeping. Actual there wasn't a charge the "book keeping" charge y'all foolishly referring to expired many years ago. The actual charge isn't as clear but I will try to explain. When Trump allegedly put lawyer payment on his check for paying his lawyer the state is arguing he should have put that it was for a porn star not that he was paying his lawyer to pay her as a lawyer expense but as I said earlier time ran out on that charge so they bootstrapped it to a commiting an felony in the mist of another crime felony which they told the jurors you didn't have to agree on but either Trump was trying to over throw the election by wanting lawyer expense on his check or he was violating campaign election laws they even argued a third one. If you haven't caught on this was the first time any charges and jury instructions like this has Ever been done hence the "lawfare" they were just bringing these cases against their political rival because they thought it would make Trump seem like a criminal but most people weren't dumb and seen it for what it was. I just hate that most Americans like these commenters will never know the truth of the charges but what biased media secretly mislead them on.
