  1. I don't understand why homicide. It was an unexpected weather event – accident.
The Italians said they were on deck securing pillows and in minutes were thrown overboard.
    The doors were opened clearly.
That's why they survived – they were working.
On a yacht the captain is not really the boss – he's staff.

  2. Arrest the people who acquitted him. He could have been nice and safe in custody. This is crazy. You can't be charged because of weather.

  3. Prosecutors have insufficient evidence at present to place blame solely on the NZ captain of the superyacht, though it seems likely that a conspiracy theory may exist, especially since the deaths by drowning of Mike Lynch, his daughter Hannah Lynch and several others happened, yet with the fortunate escape from death by his wife, who suffered deep lacerations on her feet when glass shattered while the superyacht capsized. His co-defendant, Stephen Chamberlain, once Mike Lynch's co-defendant in the U.S. fraud trial over the sale of Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard (HP), died days in a fatal car accident before Mike was reported missing on the sunken superyacht. Prior to Mike Lynch being vindicated from his house arrest by a court jury on all charges of accounting fraud due to artificially-inflated price sale of Autonomy to HP, his mother and brother both passed away. HP sued Autonomy CEO Mike Lynch for US$5.1 billion in a civil case lodged at a UK court for a multi-billion accounting cover-up even as worldwide shareholders sued HP in US. HP took a US$8.8 billion impairment charge, linking more than US$5 billion of it to serious accounting improprieties, misrepresentation, and disclosure failures at Autonomy discovered by an internal investigation via audit checks and forensic accounting. Most thought-provoking for the protagonist at the centre of the limelight is Mike Lynch, who technically was in financial distress owing to the fact that his personal liabilities stemming from the HP's civil lawsuit far exceeds his net worth during the last days leading up to his unfortunate demise.

At this, I would like to digress from the rigidity of police and legal investigation, then ponder on what the canon law of the Catholic Church, being supreme in the civil legal system of Vatican City State, accepts as Acts of God in the belief of the Holy Roman Catholic faith, which are clearly showcased as force majeure clauses in personal accident protection and life insurance policies, essentially freeing parties (in this case the NZ captain and the superyacht owner) to a contract from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties happen, such as this freak weather storm with a deadly water spout appearing before dawn.

This verse from the Holy Bible certainly resonates in our minds as I hope you can join me in to observe a moment of silence for the dearly deceased souls ~ Luke 8:21-25 He replied, "My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice." One day Jesus said to his disciples, "Let us go over to the other side of the lake." So they got into a boat and set out. As they sailed, he fell asleep. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger. The disciples went and woke Jesus, saying, "Master, Master, we’re going to drown!" He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. "Where is your faith?" he asked his disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, "Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him." Amen.

  4. Sicilans persecutors don’t play with this.
They know how to deal with mafia, red brigades, cosa nostra…. all in jail now and in night/day full isolation (self suicidal assistance).
    someone underestimated….

  5. The Italian authorities can’t detain any of the crewmembers from leaving the country before questioning them in their investigation in the sinking. I wonder how many of them are going to stay in Sicily.

  6. Lies!!! This was The Hand Of Mother Nature/GOD. Nice try attempting to give the perception to the public that this was caused by human hands, or human negligence. No, it most certainly was not. If you attempt to charge people who are innocent, GOD will intervene. You need to just accept that you are not, and will never be GOD, and there are consequences for breaking GOD’S laws, and being a repeat offender. Those who were meant to pass, passed. Those who were meant to survive, survived.

  7. Let us look at just one WORD in this Mysterious Story.
    SINKING.
Now if you look really heard and if you are in Spirit you will be able to connect with me really quick n fast.
SINKING – Is Two Words that says
    "SIN KING"
The said there was a battle.
    What was that battle about?
Whoever was involved in that battle killed the people on this yacht. Its no coincidence that only the crew survived. Clearly this was planned. Obviously we talking Billions here. The man was a Tech Mobile Billionaire. His daughter didnt deserve to die like this. I pray in Jesus name the perpetrators will be found quick n fast and they will be brought to book. Let me know what your thoughts are?
I dont think it was a downburst. I say it was cloud seething.

  8. A rich guy dies in a storm and all hell breaks loose. There are countless sunken migrant ships every year on the Mediterranean Sea. Let's investigate all of those deaths, shall we?

  9. There is more news forced on us about this rich guy than our own elections. Who cares? His entitlement ended when he did.

  10. The Italian authorities said five of the dead were found together in a single cabin. In the limited time they had left to live with no escape possible, it’s human nature to want to be with your loved ones and friends huddled together; countless ancient grave sites have found people huddled together in their final moments knowing the end was near with no escape.

  11. The so called “unsinkable” superyacht had a crew of 10 and carried 12 passengers with the latest modern safety equipment. 90% of the crew survived and only 50% of the passengers survived. An old sailboat many decades older anchored next to the modern “Party Superyacht” survived without any damage and rescued the 15 survivors. Like any mystery whodunit movie there are a lot of coincidences, but no hard evidence and only conjecture as what went wrong.

  12. Did they ever worry about any of us when they were alive? Why should we worry about them because thery are dead? It doesn't make any sense.
