It is unfathomable how people dont think its broken. Rechargeable flash which gives info? you basically have gekko's most op ability. 20s cooldown is too op. Wall which you can use for stalling and trips? cypher and deadlock in 1. A sage slow which deals damage? how do you even scale if you're not a dash duelist. This also means the dash duelist meta will change since your scaler can be easily isolated. And the ultimate is just making it an eco round. bro what
putting that flash in garage and sewer in haven or halls and elbow in breeze will make it easier to avoid lurks
