  1. HOW DO YOU THINK OF THIS? Who was the first person to use a kb? So fascinating. I used to throw a side arm knuckle ball as a changeup pitch in Little League.

  2. I try to teach thus pitch I learned it when I was 14 and I have thrown this pitch all my life and u have teacher some kids to learn how to do it it's knot a hard pitch it's a lot of control if you do this right anyway I teach it if a kid in high school or college wants to learn I will show them

  3. Charlie Hough last name is pronounced HUFF. You have a great YouTube site. Love your twists on baseball.

  4. Its crazy how it wasn’t common sense to mix a knuckle ball in with faster pitches rather than only throwing it… I did it all the time in little league and The Show. But maybe his point on bad players using it as their final hope is related to that

  5. Why don’t MLB pitchers learn and get good at the knuckleball and also get a good fastball so they can throw a mix of fastball and knuckleballs. Imagine a pitcher who could throw a knuckler and a 102mph fastball right afterwards. The batters literally never know what is coming

  6. So youre saying i should try throwing one. If i can do it in like a week im in the league and if i cant, give up? Bet

  7. RIP Tim Wakefield. I always wanted to throw a knuckleball, but didn't really know how ( internet wasn't nearly as widespread as it is now ). I got into slow-pitch softball, and literally the first thing I did was look up how to throw a knuckleball because I watched Wake throw one for so many years. I like to think with every swing and miss, Wake is somewhere smiling a little.
